Hi everyone. Cafe restaurant in Fairfield Heights (5mins bus from Fairfield station) looking for a Casual Barista and 1 breakfast chef to join our team shift will be 7am- 3pm. Must be available onTuesday for Barista
About our café: We are serving Asian fusion, trending breakfast+brunch food and drinks. We are popular local café with attentive, friendly, fast, energetic service and really High standard food/drinks.
1. Job Descriptions:
- We are looking for Breakfast Cook and Barista
- Barista with at least 1 year of experience in making coffee for Western customers, capable of basic latte art, MUST BE available to work on Tuesday.
- Work address: 224 Hamilton Road, Fairfield Heights.
2. Job Requirements:
For Barista:
- Must be able to work 7am to 3pm
- At least 2-3 years experienced as a barista, can do simple latte art, know how to adjust the grinder.
- You must speak fluent English with energetic personality: Smiles, friendly, positive, problem solving skill, high customer service standard.
- Strong work ethic, good with team work.
- Have a common knowledge about food/drinks service and safety.
- MUST be able to handle 3-4kg of coffee per day.
For Breakfast chef or Kitchenhand
- Available to work from 9am/10am to 3pm for Kitchenhand. 7am-3pm for Breakfast Chef
- Must be hardworking, quick, eager to learn, and responsible in their work.
- Requires 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience for Kitchenhand. 2 Years experienced for Chef
- Able to work 4-5 shifts per week, including weekend mornings.
- Preference for candidates with experience and interest in Western cuisine.
- Suitable for male candidates.
- Must be diligent, agile, willing to learn, and accountable in the role.
